From 29th June to 1st July, the Village of San Leonardo in Badia becomes the ideal venue to meet up and have fun, to spend time together and discover all the news from the world of cycling, and beyond.
Among stalls, music, parades and delicatessen, this is where thousands of fans and visitors get together at what can be considered to be the symbolic meeting place of the Dolomitic granfondo cycling ride.

Over forty-five operators and a host of personalities
The presence of partner companies grows year on year and has exceeded forty-five for this edition, eight more than in the previous edition. This figure makes life at the Maratona Village even more exciting, complete with a stage for parades, interviews and festive moments. And as usual, as visitors browse through the stalls which will reveal previews of some very interesting news day after day, they will be able to meet and learn about the famous characters and personalities who are available to the public for interviews, a quick chat, autographs and impromptu photos.

News and previews
Geberit, which manufactures quality designer sanitary ware, is presenting a novelty that is truly one of a kind and destined to amaze and intrigue all visitors. We have no doubt about it. The same goes for Shimano, who are staging a project tied to artificial intelligence: participants will therefore be able to discover a new form of art and be awed. But that’s not all: Selle Italia, in addition to the innovative system to find the right position on the saddle, is presenting a very special novelty: a new generation handlebar tape. The pre-competition massage service provided in partnership with the Enrico Fermi school is also confirmed.

Firmer friendships
Pinarello with its futuristic bicycles, along with Kask+Koo with its new collection of eyewear and helmets can be considered to be regulars of the Village. The same applies to Enervit, which is at the audience’s disposal to recommend the use of the most suitable energy products for the chosen type of track, as well as Pirelli, which is making its stall available to all cyclists who want to use its tyre check service. Mapei, which has been successfully animating this three-day event for years, has confirmed its presence, as well as Enel, Eolo and Audi with their ultra-technological spaces showcasing the fantastic world of electric cars, and innovations in the energy and telecommunications sectors. And at the end, or during if you prefer, the coffee is kindly offered by Segafredo.

Gourmet Maratona racers
To call it a gastronomic corner would be a huge understatement: the area reserved for tasting the various exhibitor products has become even more appetising thanks to the presence of multiple friends, including Cantine Maschio, Delicious Trail, Segafredo, Exquisa, Foodness, Loacker, Rio Mare, Yoga, Ambrosoli. There truly is something for everyone.

Two shops in one
This year too, the Maratona Shop has been split in two: the largest inside the gym and the smallest outside. The bicycle depot on the roof of the Maratona shop is also confirmed. Although the Shuttle service was already back up and running last year, we recommend you reach the Village by bike. A little pre-competition exercise is definitely recommended.

Designer jersey
A welcome confirmation is the renewed partnership between Castelli and Maratona and the shop is displaying the new garments designed and made exclusively for the event. This is where you can find products from an increasingly broad collection by Maratona dles Dolomites – Enel, including the fantastic leisurewear sweatshirts and T-shirts and the original and brightly coloured cycling kit, with all the related accessories: gloves, socks, arm and leg sleeves to enjoy bicycle outings on any occasion.

An increasingly green corner
To confirm the awareness of the Maratona of environmental issues, the “Green Corner” has been confirmed: in this space, some of our volunteer friends will help visitors sort their waste appropriately. Last but not least, it is worth noting the significant effort made by exhibitors who will try to limit plastic as much as possible either using paper or biodegradable plastic instead.

All that remains at this point is to wish you the best fun possible at the Maratona Village, a place for everyone to meet up, make discoveries and have fun.
