Replacements

(applicable only to participants non-residing in Italy)

Replacements are possible within the same team among participants who have already completed their registration. Replacements can be made until 28^th May 2024 upon payment of a 40,00 € processing fee.

The transfer of the registration to another person precludes the possibility of being registered again by other modalities in the same year.

For the replacement it is necessary to follow 2 steps:
STEP 1:

STEP 2:
The new participant will get a few days after having requested the replacement (step 1) an email with the indications on how to confirm his/her registration.
The confirmation consists in:
a) online sending of some more personal data;
b) acceptance of the conditions of entry;
c) payment of 40,00 euro processing fee;
d) the online upload of the medical certificate of physical eligibility for cycling sport activity according to the Italian D.M.V. 18/02/1982. Medical certificates for other sports such as triathlon, duathlon, athletics, etc. are not accepted.
The medical certificate must not be dated more than one year prior the date of the event (issued NOT before July 7^th 2023). All the participants have to use the template of the medical certificate, which is valid for the Italian Gran Fondos and that will be published soon on this page.
Participants can send their medical certificate also after April 17^th 2024 using the individual link for the confirmation (ATTENTION: medical certificate uploaded on myDS account will NOT be taken into consideration), but in any case before May 28^th 2024 (the confirmation/payment of the registration must be done before April 17^th 2024).
If the medical certificate has not been sent before May 28^th 2024, the participant will not get the starting number, but only the race pack without the starting number. The participant will not be allowed in this case to take part in the competition.
