How to register?

PART 1
HOW TO PRE-REGISTER?

PRE-REGISTRATION OPENING: from October 10^th to November 6^th 2023

The pre-registrations are closed.

• 200 Charity entries online on March 20^th 2024.
• Registration packages (accommodation + guaranteed entry)
• Pre-registered participants not drawn for the 2024 edition and reported in the pre-registration list but not in the list of drawn participants of the editions 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 and in the starting list of the last 4 (four) editions 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023 will be readmitted to the race.

PART 2
REGISTRATION

from December 6^th 2023 to April 17^th 2024

CONFIRMATION OF AN INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION
4.1 If your pre-entry has been drawn, you can definitely confirm online your entry from December 6^th 2023 to April 17^th 2024 by using the individual code and the link which will be communicated you by e-mail on December 6^th 2023.
The individual confirmation consists in:
a) the acceptance of the regulations;
b) the payment of the registration fee of 160,00 euro by credit card, bank transfer or other payment modalities depending on the country. The payment fees are shown in the payment procedure and are at the expense of the participant. 
c) the online upload of the medical certificate for cycling sport activity according to the Italian D.M.V. 18/02/1982. Medical certificates for other sports such as triathlon, duathlon, athletics etc. are not accepted. The medical certificate must not be dated more than one year prior the date of the event (issued NOT before July 7^th 2023). All participants have to use the template 2024 of the medical certificate, which is valid for the Italian Gran Fondos and can be found at the following link:

Participants can send their medical certificate also after April 17^th 2024 using the individual link for the confirmation (ATTENTION: medical certificate uploaded on myDS account will NOT be taken into consideration), but in any case before May 28^th 2024 (the confirmation/payment of the registration must be done before April 17^th 2024). If the medical certificate has not been sent before May 28^th 2024, the participant will not get the starting number, but only the race pack without the starting number. The participant will not be allowed in this case to take part in the competition.

CONFIRMATION OF A GROUP REGISTRATION
4.2 If the group pre-registration is drawn, the registration can be confirmed individually (see point 4.1) or as a group.
The confirmation of a group registration consists in:
a) the acceptance of the regulations;
b) the joint payment of the registration fee of 160,00 euro for each participant by credit card, bank transfer or other payment modalities depending on the country. The payment fees are shown in the payment procedure and are at the expense of the participant. 
c) online upload of the medical for cycling sport activity according to the Italian D.M.V. 18/02/1982. Medical certificates for other sports such as triathlon, duathlon, athletics etc. are not accepted. The medical certificate must not be dated more than one year prior the date of the event (issued NOT before July 7^th 2023). In case the group leader still doesn’t have the medical certificates of each participant he/she can proceed to accept the regulations and pay the registration fee before April 17^th 2024. Participants can upload their medical certificate also after April 17^th 2024 using the individual link for the confirmation (ATTENTION: medical certificate uploaded on myDS account will NOT be taken into consideration), but in any case before May 28^th 2024 (the confirmation/payment of the registration must be done in any case before April 17^th 2024). If the medical certificate has not been sent before May 28^th 2024, the participant will not get the starting number, but only the race pack without the starting number. The participant will not be allowed in this case to take part in the competition.

CHARITY ENTRIES
5. If you are not among the lucky ones drawn at the draw which will take place in the second half of November 2023 you can choose the option of purchasing one of the 400 starting numbers whose surcharge will be assigned to charitable institutions.

ADMISSION AFTER 6 NEGATIVE DRAWS
6. Furthermore pre-registered participants not drawn for the 2024 edition and reported in the pre-registration list but not in the list of drawn participants of the editions 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 and in the starting list of the last 4 (four) editions 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023 will be readmitted to the race.
