Mandatory medical certificate

(applicable only to participants non-residing in Italy)

Based on point 10 of the conditions of entry 2026 we remind you that you need to be in possession of a medical certificate of physical eligibility for cycling sport activity according to the Italian D.M.V. 18/02/1982. Medical certificates for other sports such as triathlon, duathlon, athletics, etc. are not accepted.

The medical certificate must not be dated more than one year prior the date of the event (issued NOT before July 5^th 2025).

All the participants have to use the template of the medical certificate 2026, which is valid for the Italian Gran Fondos and can be downloaded HERE.

All the participants have to upload online the medical certificate using the link for the confirmation of the registration from February 10^th 2026 till May 27^th 2026.

If the medical certificate has not been sent before May 27^th 2026, the participant will not get the starting number, but only the race pack without the starting number. The participant will not be allowed in this case to take part in the competition.

Please make sure to upload a valid medical certificate:

• using the given template for 2026;
• duly filled in (according to the passport. Nicknames/abbreviations are NOT allowed!);
• issued NOT before July 5^th 2025;
• dated and signed by the doctor;
• with a valid and readable stamp of the doctor;
• cannot exceed the size of 1 megabyte.

We will not take into consideration medical certificates which do not correspond to our above mentioned requirements!
