Safety before the race

In addition to the obligation to sanitise your hands often, you must wear a mask at all times (except during the sport activity) and always keep a safe distance away from others in all situations, it will be possible to pick up the starting number and to participate to the Maratona by presenting one of the following documents recognised by the Alto Adige Health Authority:
• Certificate of recovery from Covid-19, valid on race day
• Covid-19 vaccination certificate (full vaccination or first injection before/on June 19th)
• a negative antigen swab test or molecular test carried out from Thursday July 1st and therefore valid until July 4th, race day.
• Italian Green Pass
• Corona Pass Alto Adige
• EU Digital COVID Certificate (DGC)

Only certificates in Italian, English or German will be accepted.


Rules at the starting numbers pick up and Maratona Village

• Please wear a mask at all times.
• Keep the social safety distance of 1m.


Rules to be observed at the start

• In order to enter your starting grid, you must wear the mask and the bracelet received at the starting number pick up.
• You may remove your mask just 30 seconds before your starting group gets underway, following the indicated timetable and the instructions of the speakers.
• Keep the social safety distance of 1m.
• Anyone caught by the OC or the race officials not respecting these rules will be disqualified.


Access and rules to be observed at the refreshments

• In order to enter the refreshment points, you must wear the mask and the bracelet received at the starting number pick up.
• Keep the social safety distance of 1m.
• Park the bicycle on the provided bicycle racks.
• Food and beverage will be served by our staff unless in case of packaged products.
• Keep the distance of 2m from the counter while eating and drinking, and do not consume at the counter where you must wear a mask.


Rules to be observed at the arrival and pasta party

• Keep the social safety distance of 1m.
• Wear the mask immediately after crossing the finish line.
• The pasta party is reserved for participants and will only be accessible with the bracelet received at the starting number pick up.
• According to the safety plan, showers and massage service will not be available this year.


Entry into Italy from abroad

For entry into Italy is it currently mandatory to have:
• 1 negative test (PCR or antigen), carried out within the previous 48 hours (it is compulsory even if the person has recovered or is vaccinated).
• Online registration through the following link: Passenger Locator Form (PLF) before crossing the border.
• Notify the local health authority of entry into Italy by means of the following online document: Online-Form
