Which are the entry procedures for the Maratona dles Dolomites - Enel 2021 for those who were registered for 2020?
A personal email with the details on how to complete the registration for 2021 was sent to each participant by the end of April 2020 (except for buyers of an accommodation & registration package).

Which is the entry procedure for the Maratona dles Dolomites - Enel 2021 for those who purchased an accommodation & registration package for 2020?
Those who purchased an accommodation & registration package will be contacted directly by the tour operator.
Which is the deadline to confirm the entry for 2021?
Each participant has received an e-mail by the end of April 2020 with the information on how to confirm the registration for 2021.
Is it possible to get a refund instead of transferring the registration to next year?
Based on the conditions of entry 2020 – point 23 named “Cancellation of the event”:
“If the event has to be cancelled due to exceptional circumstances there is no refund of the entry fee but the organisation reserve the right to start in 2021 after completing the registration procedure as requested for coming edition.“
But due the good relationship with our participants, taking into account the Covid-19 emergency and given the current situation that has arisen in the country, we will give everyone the opportunity to keep their registration based on the type of registration acquired for 2020 and also to keep the paid amount for 2021.

Is it possible to be replaced for 2021 by another cyclist?
Each participant, based on the type of registration, was notified by the end of April 2020, if a replacement by another cyclist for 2021 is possible or not.
Is it possible to withdraw and transfer the registration of 2021 to 2022?
Each participant, based on the type of registration, was notified by the end of April 2020, if a withdrawal is possible or not.
Is the medical certificate 2020 valid for next year?
The medical certificate must not be dated more than one year prior the date of the event. Therefore each participant must have a new medical certificate for the 2021 edition. We remind you to use our template of the medical certificate which will be published on our website in October.
How does the division into starting groups run for 2021?
The times will refer to the last 4 editions of the Maratona dles Dolomites - Enel (2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019) as on point 3 of the conditions of entry 2020.
Will those who purchased a charity registration for 2020 have the same preferential grid also for 2021?
Yes, the same preferential starting grid foreseen for 2020 will be assigned also for 2021.
What happens with the gadgets purchased online?
Already purchased gadgets will be handed over during the 2021 starting number pick-up.
When will the conditions of entry for Maratona dles Dolomites - Enel 2021 be published?

Will there be any “new registrations” for 2021?

Will there be new charity registrations for 2021?
As the scheduled sale for March 2020 has not been carried out, a further sale of charity registrations for 2021 is planned.
Further information will be published by the end of October in the conditions of entry.
How is the situation at the moment in Alta Badia?
Currently the situation is under control, after the winter season there have been some cases of contagion from Covid-19, which however are decreasing, and new episodes are occasional.
When will the summer season start?
The Alta Badia region is heading towards a new normal, finding strength in the unity and employing measures necessary to ensure safety. Some things are different; many things might be new. But really looking forward to welcome you.
On the 27.06.2020 the ski lifts in Alta Badia open for the summer season.
