Riders' week 2010
(subject to changes) Sunday, 27.06.2010 5th Sella Ronda Bike Day More than 70 kilometres of road, for a total climb of 1,800 m will be open to cyclists on Sunday, 27th June 2010. From 8.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. all the Dolomite passes around the Sella Group (Sella, Gardena, Campolongo and Pordoi) will be
reserved to the cyclists without them meeting motor vehicles along the whole
route.

9 a.m. – Meeting at the tourist office in La Villa for a bikeride with Maria Canins towards Pederù in San Vigilio di Marebbe.
This is not a race but a simple leisure ride. Everyone rides on own risk and has to respect the normal traffic rules.
5:30 p.m. at the Hotel La Majun in La Villa welcome drink with other Maratona friends.
9 p.m. at the events hall in San Cassiano: "Dolomites, the magic of a landscape" beauty of nature in a slide show by the photographer Josef Hackhofer.

9 a.m. – Meeting at the tourist office in La Villa for a bikeride with Maria Canins towards Passo delle Erbe, more than once important lap of the Giro d’Italia.

From 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Hotel Störes in San Cassiano: Alpenrosa, aperitif by sunset!
9 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. starting numbers distribution at the events hall “Ciasa Runcher” in S.Leonardo/Badia

2 p.m. - 7 p.m. starting numbers distribution at the events hall “Ciasa Runcher” in S.Leonardo/Badia 3 p.m. events hall in Corvara: meeting “Transplant and Sport” (in ITALIAN) - organized by the Italian National Transplant Centre (CNT).
9.15 p.m. at the events hall in La Villa: Concert by the chours "Laurino" from Bolzano.

9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. – “Kids park” opening at the arrival zone in Corvara: animation, winning-games and much more. Parents’ presence is not required.
From 10 a.m. - Arrival of the first racers of the medium course
From 11 a.m. - Arrival of the first racers of the „Maratona“ course From 11 a.m. - “Barilla” Pasta Party at the arrival area in Corvara
4 p.m. – Icestadium Corvara: Official prize distribution for category and trophy winners with music entertainment and lots of fun!
