Once again, we are offering special registrations at an increased price, the difference of which will go to two associations: one is Sporthilfe which supports real sporting talent, young people who cannot afford to finance their competitions, and the other is the Groups Association of Belluno "Insieme si può" ("Together we can") non-profit making organization/NGO (www.365giorni.org) for the "clean water" project to be implemented in Uganda. The project consists of helping this country to reduce one of its many scourges, which is the difficult access to drinking water, the cause of diseases and social, health and economic problems. The project is to drill and create new water wells in the north-eatern region of Karamoja, which is particularly short of water and wells. Water shortage is mainly due to the combination of the irregularity of the rain and the high degree of evaporation. Rivers and lakes are seasonal and are depending on the rainfall. The wells drilled remain the main source of water during the different seasons.
